A scenic site perfect for nature enthusiasts. Each site features a picnic table and fire ring, providing a cozy setting for outdoor meals and evenings by the fire. Shuttle to the Retreat

You don't want to drive to BC or maybe you are struggling to find a way there? Don't worry, we got you covered for this too.

We will provide a shuttle from Edmonton & Calgary to the retreat location. A designated pick-up location will be chosen in both Edmonton and in Calgary. Once we pick up our passengers in Calgary we are headed to the Kootenay's!

No worrying about driving. No worrying about wildlife. No worries at all. Just sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery.

We will shuttle you to either the Fairmont Creek Accommodations or can take you to Canal Flats Campground.

**Please Note** If choosing the shuttle you must either be staying in Fairmont or in Canal Flats.

Worried about getting back and forth to the retreat?

Not to worry, we got you. Every morning we will have a shuttle to pick you up to take you to the retreat. Then each night, when the retreat has wrapped up for the night, we will shuttle you back to your accommodations.

Once you are done registering and paying for the retreat, you again will be prompted to choose to get on the shuttle.

When does the retreat start and when does it end?

Arrival is on Friday, August 1, 2025 commencing at 5:00pm.

Departure is on Monday, August 4, 2025 around 12:00pm.

Are accomodations included?

Yes! See above for the different accommodations offered with the retreat.

For the meals, will there be dietary needs and restrictions taken into consideration?

We will have both meat and vegetarian options available for each meal. We also will try to accomodate gluten restrictions and allergies. For severe allergies, please reach out to me prior to registrating so I may check with our chef if your needs can be met.

Is Alcohol/Marijuana allowed?

We will not be serving any alcohol during the weekend. We do suggest for the purpose of the sessions intentions and the transformations that can occur, that you refrain from any alcohol/drug use.

Where exactly is the retreat located?

The retreat will be held in Canal Flats, British Columbia. Canal Flats is 27 kilometers (19 minutes) from Fairmont, 52 kilometres (38 minutes) from Invermere and 82 kilometers (53 minutes) from Cranbrook.

How do the family/friends sessions work? Is that an extra cost?

We will have a session each night where family/friends can come join you FOR FREE. Whether it is a soundbath, a drumming session, or playing on the lake, with Paddleboards/Kayaks provided, the choice is yours. I truly wanted a retreat where our loved ones could join us and experience some of the magic with you. Plus, it gives you some real quality time with those you love in what I think is the most beautiful place to be.

Are there payment plans available?

Yes!

We have very flexible payment plans to choose from dependant when you have signed up.

All payments must be complete by August 1 2025.

Is there a shuttle service to the retreat?

So here is the amazing news! YES there is! We have arranged a shuttle to pick up those that maybe cannot drive to British Columbia, or maybe don't want to drive, and take them to the retreat. We have two designated pick up locations: Edmonton & Calgary. Attendees will be picked up at one designated pick up location in both cities and then shuttled to the retreat. Then every morning attendees will be picked up from their accommodations and brought to the retreat. In the evening, when the retreat has come to a close, attendees will be brought back to their accomodations. Upon completion of the retreat, attendees will be shuttled back to the designated pick up/drop off location both in Calgary and Edmonton. How amazing is that!!
